Our Background
T&K SoftPlay is a family-owned business that has been in operation since April 2020. Our purpose is to provide a safe environment for children while having fun. Soft play can help children with motor development skills, exploration and creativity. Our equipment brings endless hours of fun for both children and their parents. Payment
Zelle payments only
Deposit
There is a $100 refundable security deposit that does not go towards your full balance.
Weather
It is the customer's responsibility to check weather. If it rains on the date of your rental we advise you to move your event indoor or reschedule for a later date. We do not setup in the rain.
Cancellations
If cancelled within 7 calendar days prior to your event your deposit can be refunded. Cancellations made less than 7 days of event will result in the loss of your deposit.

Travel Fee
A travel fee is applied to all bookings
Waiver
T&K SoftPlay is not responsible for any injuries/accidents while the equipment is in your possesion. All children must be monitored at all times with adult supervision.
Extra Time
Need more time no problem! You can add on additional time for $75 per hour.
Do you clean your equipment?
Absolutely! We disinfect before and after each rental using CleanSmart products.
Can you setup outdoors?
Yes! Our rentals are equipped for indoor/outdoor use. We try our best to adjust our packages to fit your space.
